Volunteer at the Habitat Store

Volunteers provide support to our Port Townsend Store in a wide variety of ways. We strive to keep operating costs as low as possible to maximize the amount of money that goes directly to benefit our community, and volunteers are one of the ways to achieve this. What is the Habitat Store volunteer experience?

In addition to helping Habitat for Humanity provide decent places to live for families in your community, you can expect a great time while volunteering at the Habitat Store! You’ll get to interact with staff as well as your fellow volunteers, which may include future Habitat homeowners who often serve as volunteers in the Store as part of the sweat equity investment for their home or repair.
