About Rosalynn Court
Rosalynn Court is a five-unit neighborhood, built in a cottage style to foster community and engagement among the residents.
Rosalynn Court was created in response to the growing need for affordable homeownership opportunities in East Jefferson County. As housing costs continue to rise, many local families are being priced out of the communities where they live and work.
This neighborhood reflects Habitat’s commitment to building stable, affordable homes that allow families to put down roots, build equity, and remain connected to the community. Habitat is able to efficiently steward community dollars by using our design library and incorporating similar architecture to the Cliff Street Cottages.
Located on San Juan Avenue, Rosalynn Court is:
- across from the Camas Prairie Park golf course,
- located on two bus routes,
- less than a mile to the Port Townsend elementary, middle, and high schools,
- convenient to shopping at both Safeway and the Food Co-op,
- and near the YMCA and swimming pool.
