Landes Terrace
About Landes Terrace
A 14-home Habitat for Humanity neighborhood creating affordable homeownership opportunities in Port Townsend
Landes Terrace was created in response to the growing need for affordable homeownership opportunities in East Jefferson County. As housing costs continue to rise, many local families are being priced out of the communities where they live and work.
This neighborhood reflects Habitat’s commitment to building stable, affordable homes that allow families to put down roots, build equity, and remain connected to the community.
