Housing Development and Programs Manager
This position manages Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County’s housing development and supports the alignment of housing production with the homeownership program, including buyer readiness. This role oversees land acquisition, single-family and neighborhood development, and housing design standards while also serving as a key integrator between development, construction, and homeowner services.
Full time, non-exempt. Starting salary range is $26.40 – $29.20 per hour; Full Range $26.40 – $37.61 per hour, DOE. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, paid time off, and 401k match.

Development Coordinator
This position implements annual giving campaigns designed to raise over $900,000 each year. This position also employs strategies to engage mid-level donors more deeply, including by coordinating a variety of events to connect donors with the mission and raising awareness of legacy giving opportunities. This position is part of the Resource Development Team and collaborates with the Marketing and Communications Team.
Full time, non-exempt. Starting salary range is $24.35 – $26.09 per hour; Full Range $24.35 – $31.31 per hour, DOE. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, paid time off, and 401k match.

Qualified Loan Originator Volunteer Consultant
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Qualified Loan Originator Volunteer Consultant to join our team at Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County. The QLO volunteer will help families move closer to fulfilling the dream of homeownership.
In this role, you’ll meet with applicants to review their eligibility for Habitat’s Homeownership Program, assess their ability to obtain financing, and offer recommendations tailored to their unique situations. This is a unique and flexible volunteer role requiring about one day per week, with variable scheduling, and you’ll be supported with training in confidentiality, safeguarding, and more. If you have knowledge of mortgage lending practices, a heart for service, and a desire to empower families on their path to stability, we’d love to hear from you! There will be an interview process for this position to ensure the correct fit.

Volunteer Consultants – Mason Street Neighborhood
Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County is seeking dynamic and dedicated volunteers to provide pro bono consulting services for our Mason Street Neighborhood program. Your leadership and consulting services will run the gamut from strategic planning, grant writing, recommendation development to implementation and project management. Relevant experience is highly desired in daycare/childcare, commercial/retail, solar, or other site and amenities development. If you have relevant experience and passion for making a difference in our rural community and possess excellent communication and strategic skills, we encourage you to apply.
