Housing Development and Programs Manager

This position manages Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County’s housing development and supports the alignment of housing production with the homeownership program, including buyer readiness. This role oversees land acquisition, single-family and neighborhood development, and housing design standards while also serving as a key integrator between development, construction, and homeowner services.

Full time, non-exempt. Starting salary range is $26.40 – $29.20 per hour; Full Range $26.40 – $37.61 per hour, DOE. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, paid time off, and 401k match.

Neighborhood Stewardship Coordinator

Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County is seeking a community-minded person to manage our affordability covenants, supports community governance, and fosters equitable access to homeownership through education, outreach, and partnership development.

Hiring Range $24.35 to $26.09 per hour, Full Range $24.35 to $31.31 per hour. Full-time nonexempt role with a standard work week of Monday-Friday.
