Every gift helps a family build a foundation
With your financial support, we can build more prosperous and vibrant communities by making sure everyone has a safe, affordable place of their own
This Spring Open the Door for 14 Families at Landes Terrace
Because you care about affordable housing in Jefferson County, you know safe and stable housing remains out of reach for many. But when neighbors help neighbors, doors begin to open.
Construction is underway at Landes Terrace, Habitat’s largest neighborhood to date in East Jefferson County.
Fourteen permanently affordable homes are under construction, creating a place where local families can stay, grow, and put down roots, with homes designed to:
- Feel neighborly and connected
- Be located near transit, schools, parks, and groceries
- Support family wellness through reduced stress and healthy, energy-efficient homes
Give today to help bring these homes to life. Your support helps ensure families can stay in the community they love, with stability, security, and a place to call home.
When neighbors come together to build homes, they also build community, and your gift makes it possible.

Give from your Donor Advised Fund
