A six-unit neighborhood, built in a cottage style to foster community and engagement among the residents

The Cliff Street Cottages neighborhood is complete! Four families have moved in and the last two homeowners will be moving in July and August.

A key feature of the design is the preservation of mature trees that connect this property to adjacent woodlands. The neighborhood also features bike racks and easily accessible parking.

New landscaping, a parking lot and bicycle/recycling shed! The first three homes are dedicated in a moving ceremony!

December 2025

Three houses are having roofing and siding work, while 3 houses are receiving appliances and interior trim work in preparation for January inspections and the first home dedication ceremony!
