Cliff Street Cottages

The Cliff Street Cottages neighborhood is nearing completion! Four families have moved in and the last two homes are being finished.

Cliff St. Cottages is a six-unit neighborhood, built in a cottage style to foster community and engagement among the residents.

A key feature of the design is the preservation of mature trees that connect this property to adjacent woodlands. The neighborhood also features bike racks and easily accessible parking.

The illustrative landscape plan, seen below, was drawn up by Janette Mestre, landscape architecture and Volunteer Consultant.

Celebrating the fourth home dedication, and progress moves forward on the last two houses.

January 2026

New landscaping, a parking lot and bicycle/recycling shed! The first three homes are dedicated in a moving ceremony!

December 2025

Three houses are having roofing and siding work, while 3 houses are receiving appliances and interior trim work in preparation for January inspections and the first home dedication ceremony!
