Cliff Street Cottages
Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County is pleased to announce it has received the necessary infrastructure permits to move forward with the Cliff Street Cottages project, a 6-home cottage housing style unit lot subdivision located on Cliff Street in Port Townsend.
The development of Cliff Street Cottages aligns with the City of Port Townsend’s tactical infill housing efforts and maintains Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County’s priority of considering green spaces while expanding affordable housing.
A key feature of the design is our decision to preserve the stand of mature trees that connects to adjacent woodlands. Preserving these trees is vital to the balance of the community and to Habitat’s commitment to considerate, thoughtful, and purposeful land use.
