25+ years of building community

Founded in 1998, Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County, in collaboration with community members, built its first home in 1999 and opened its store in 2001. Over the course of more than 25 years, our organization developed a vision for permanently affordable housing: more homes built, renovated or repaired at a faster pace, and more people housed in decent homes supporting a thriving community.  Witness our progress along this timeline.
